Winter Potluck Extravaganza 2025

January 26th, 2025 @ 3:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Join us at the Italian Hall in Dominion on January 26, 2025 for a fun filled potluck and winter walk. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Those with surname starting with letters A-J should bring a side dish or appetizer, K-P should bring a desert, and Q-Z should bring a main. Bonus for bicycle themed items 🙂
  • You can purchase alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks from the bar while tea, coffee and hot chocolate are provided free of charge.
  • Please bring your own plate and cutlery to cut down on plastic.

To work up an appetite we will be hosting a snowshoe/walk and Fat Bike Ride. For those without snowshoes, we’ll have snowshoes to loan for free.

Any potential weather related cancellations of either the walk or the ride will be posted on this page the morning of January 26th.

Play time starts at 3:00 pm (weather depending)

Meet and greet 5:00pm

Meal 5:30pm to 7:30pm

This event is open to members and non-members, so bring a friend. Children are always welcome!
